Our cooperative had withstand the challenges of times and that is even made evident at this time of the pandemic.

For almost 20 years now, we continue to be here to cater and support your financial needs. Today, I am all the more glad to share with you the launching of our LIPIEMCO Cares.

The LIPIEMCO Cares aims to further our support to the community, may it be in the areas of education, environment and to provide help to the less privileged sectors of our nation. To kick-off the program, our coop leaders recognized the challenges endured by our members as results of the extended quarantine measures. With this, the 1st project under the LIPIEMCO Cares, is the provision of cash assistance to our members of Php 1,000.00 each. This may not be significant, but big enough for us to get by. Please note that only the active members of the coop can benefit from this cash assistance, as they had religiously performed their part of the obligations and responsibilities to the coop.

The following are the qualifications of an active member:

*Members with transactions (Share capital contributions, loan payments and deposits) since August 31, 2019.

*New members registered up to September 30, 2020.

The assistance will be credited to your UBP, BPI and LIPIEMCO Savings Account on the following schedules:

*December 01, 2020 – Batangas Members

*December 02 onwards – Cebu Members

As we also care for our community, LIPIEMCO Cares will provide some assistance to two communities that underwent recent calamities: one in Cebu and another one in Batangas. Please watch out for a separate communication on this.
