We would like to share with you the organizational structure of the LIPIEMCO Board of Directors, Audit Committee and Election Committee for the year 2021-2022.
The resignation of one of our Board of Directors, Sandee Pilayre, leaves one seat open. The Board is in the process of identifying and appointing a new member who will fill the vacancy. We will share an update on this matter once the informationĀ is available.
